  He arrived to give us advice, polite and very knowledgeable. Explained that the damp was caused by a leak behind the wall and not a failing damp course. Start work the next day, including plastering work. Very pleased with the advice, workmanship and price, well done guys.

  Prompt communication after texting with the issue. Arrived as promised, always on time. Leak fixed, new part installed. Cleaned up afterwards. Always polite and efficient. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Excellent value for money
