  Jamie from JTS Plumbing was fantastic. I had my leak repair accepted and quoted within minutes of posting the advert. Jamie came to my house and was pleasant, efficient and effective. He quickly showed me the cause of the leak - explained why this happened and what should have been done when the bathroom was installed, and then fixed the leak. I cannot recommend him enough. Jamie also sent me a report and invoice which will be a great help when I contact my home insurance. This was a great experience - something I haven’t always been used to with tradespeople.

  Jordan was a pleasure to work with. Due to the recent storm and some personal issues, he was very busy initially. However, he offered me the job at half price as a gesture of good will and completed the work to a high standard. Jordan demonstrated professionalism, pride in his reputation and genuinely good character. It turns out the roof wasn't the source of my leak. However, Jordan was courteous enough to allow me to delay payment until the source of the leak was properly diagnosed (turns out it was my next door neighbours plumbing system)!
