  Gas fire removed, electric fire fitted

  Usman was very helpful with advice when we contacted him regarding the fitting of a new gas fire. We ended up having the old gas fire removed and an electric one fitted. He was very considerate of our property and left it clean and tidy. Would use him again.

  Internal decorating

  So pleased that we booked Michael and Declan to decorate several rooms in our house. They always arrived when they said that they would and any problems that cropped up whilst they were working, Michael would have a solution to make sure that the work was up to his high standards. He was very considerate of my husbands mobility problems and worked around them so that he was not inconvenienced by wet paint. Furniture and floors were covered to protect them and all areas were cleaned to a high standard before they left each day. Would not hesitate to use them for future work.

  We recently booked Craig and his team to turn a cupboard into a downstairs toilet. From the initial meeting, Craig was a great help in advising us on what could be done in the space that we had and always replied to any questions we had throughout the process. He and his team always turned up when they said they would, and at the end of each day we were made aware of what they would be doing the next day. All of the team were polite, and friendly. Very happy with the work that they did, and would contact them again for any future work.

  Oven not heating up

  Really impressed with APS. Contacted Check a Trade, had a phone call within 10 minutes and quote supplied over the phone. Arrived within the hour as arranged, and oven working again the same afternoon as he had to go and get the part needed. Would use APS again.

  Fix water hammer and reseal shower tray

  Mark was quick to reply to my request for help, and explained what he thought was the problem with the toilet over the phone. He arrived a couple of days later as arranged and on time and fixed the toilet and resealed the shower tray. A lovely friendly man who I would not hesitate to contact again if I have any plumbing problems.

  Repair to loose guttering

  Stewart and Leon quickly assessed and explained what work needed doing when the guttering at the rear of our house came loose at one end. Photos were taken to show what work needed doing, and then more were taken after to show what had been done. They were very clean and tidy, and all waste was taken away and not left in our bins. They also advised other work that needed doing and we went ahead with this as well. They were both cheerful and polite, and we would not hesitate to use this company again, and also recommend to others.

  Bathroom refit

  Very happy with our new bathroom. From the initial quote, to completion, Anthony was polite, considerate, and always turned up on time. He was very helpful with suggestions during the planning of our bathroom, and answered any questions or queries in a timely manner. He always made sure that he cleaned up at the end of each day, and the pride in his work shows in the end product. We have already had a quote for some other work, and we would be happy to recommend to others.

  Whole House rewire

  Richard was very reliable and professional from quote to completion. He always turned up at the arranged time and worked long days to get the work done as soon as he could. During the work he kept us updated as to the progress, and the work that he did was less damaging to the property than I expected. I would definitely contact him again in the future should I need any other work doing.
