  Blocked External Drain

  Friendly and efficient service; I would definitely use them again. The charge rates were clearly explained to me over the phone. John was at my house within an hour of me making the call. He thoroughly inspected the drains and used the high power jet in order to uncover and remove the obstruction (a large piece of concrete lintel!). The drains were jetted clean, and the area surrounding the manhole cover was also cleaned. John was very friendly and kept me informed throughout the job. No surprises with the invoice, as the pricing had been explained up front.

  Awkward shaped attic bathroom

  What an exceptional plasterer! His work is of extremely high quality. Our other trades commented on the mirror like finish of the walls. He even plastered an awkward alcove with hidden led lighting. The hidden plastering inside the alcove was of the same high standard as the plastering you could see on the walls. Very little mess created during the work, and the room as cleaner after he'd tidied up at the end of the job than it had been when he arrived.

  Fixed under floor heating controller.

  We used John as our usual electrician was on vacation. He was polite and courteous, and conducted a thorough investigation to identify the cause of our under floor heating failure. He had to order parts and return a second time to resolve the issue. I was happy with the service and would use him again.
