  Boiler brought back to life

  My boiler needed a service but also my hot water was running hot and cold so there was clearly a problem. Dale effectively diagnosed the issue with my boiler and returned another day with a range of parts to replace. Some of these were extremely challenging to remove and replace. He showed great determination and persistence and was able to restore my boiler to full function with the joy of piping hot water! It was considerably more expensive than originally indicated but this was understandable given what Dale discovered and repaired. He did an excellent job.

  Dale has serviced our boiler for a few years and more recently he has gone above and beyond to sort out our complex repair of the boiler. Very professional and responsive. Would highly recommend and definitely will be using for all future boiler needs. Thank you again, Dale.

  Boiler repair - Broken temperature sensor

  I put a case on Checkatrade Tuesday morning, had a call within 5 minutes, and arranged for Dale to come over same day. I got a call beforehand to confirm what part was needed, and it was all sorted within an hour. I would thoroughly recommend Senior Heating Services to anyone. I was given all the information I needed, didn't once feel like I was being taken for a ride, and Dale is a genuinely nice guy on top. If I have anymore issues, I won't hesitate to call again.

  I was looking to get my boiler replaced, and having had 2 other installers walk away ,I was starting to think it was not going to happen. Dale was happy to undertake the task. He is professional, reliable and confident. He explains what needs doing and work done, and is fair and reasonable in his pricing for jobs.

  Outstanding service yet again

  I’m a returning customer and once again received excellent service. Dale, who came to service our boiler, was friendly, honest, and highly professional from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left everything tidy. It’s always reassuring to deal with someone so trustworthy and reliable. I’ll definitely continue using their services and would recommend them without hesitation.

  Excellent service from a lovely guy

  Had a Boiler Service and Dale was excellent! He took the time to explain what he was doing and walk me through each aspect of the boiler Service. For someone that doesn't have a clue how boilers work, it was very helpful! The service provided was excellent, on time and within a week of the initial phone call.
