  Outstanding service from the very first phone call to the completion of the service. The support team behind the phone were informative and helpful, addressing all questions about the service, which was exceeded by the expert who surveyed the house.   Mark's mannerism, professionalism and "can do" attitude was fantastic, his efforts went beyond my expectations. He repaired our roof, cleared the gutters, spotted problem areas, rectified them as swiftly as possible and advised accordingly - without being prompted - a real professional - who I will use as my first point of contact for all house matters - don't hesitate.
