  Joe responded to my request promptly, gave me a no-nonsense quote and explanation of the work required. We arranged a date and the work was completed promptly! More no-nonsense from JLB as the work was completed quickly, cleanly and to a fantastic standard. They cleared up nicely and talked me through further repairs that came to light during the removal of the old materials. They'll be returning to complete these within a week, can't ask for any better! 10/10 service and communication from these fantastic lads.
