  Called JLB through recommendation from a friend, honestly could not be happier with our choice, my extension flat was leaking for 2+ years and I’ve had multiple companies try and fail to sort the issue, a guy called Joe came out and very quickly found my moist area and had it sorted in no time. Very fast and very fair. Great guys

  I called JLB Propety Maintenance for a no obligation quote. Joe completely understood what it was I needed completing. He sent through his quote which was more than reasonable so I was happy to go ahead. The works were completed at an exemplary standard. All of the men were well mannered and timely each day. The work took exactly the time Joe stated it would. All in all a 10/10 for JLB, will certainly recommend to others. No faults - 5 stars!

  JLB provided a keen quotation to carry out a Flat roof on our office building and carried out a professional job, very pleased with it from start to finish, the guys was very tidy and started and finished when they said they would, I would definitely recommend.

  The team did a great job of replacing our rotten facia, soffits and guttering. They kept in contact with us throughout, were helpful and carried out the work as expected.

  Joe was super reliable and polite. the job price was very competitive and was done well inside the time frame he told myself and it was very neat. They also cleaned my property to perfection when they left really can’t recommend these guys enough. 👍

  Guttering clean and plants removal.

  Joe and his team cleaned all my guttering and removed all the plant life that was growing in it. Quickly identified a problem with my roof felt and were able to rectify the issue in a timely and cost effective manner. Good communication from the boss about where when and how. Stuck to what they said they would do. Cleared up behind themselves also.
