  Will from Monarch contacted me and came round within a couple of hours. He gave a couple of options. I chose to replace the downpipe and he gave a good quote. Will came the following week and did a good job. definitely will use them again.

  install new kitchen tap and new mastic around the sink

  Dan came that very day. he did a very professional job in fitting the new tap. he also put new mastic around the sink. before he left he checked all the pipes under the sink to make sure there were not any leaks. definitely will use Dan again.

  Fix spotlight in the bathroom.i

  Paul was very professional. Found the issue straight away. A badly fitted spotlight ( was fitted by a electrician we used on Checkatrade before ). He replaced the spotlight and he is replacing the other 5 later as well
