  Contacted me quickly. Worked around timings for me. Polite and pleasant via message and in person. Arrived on time. Sorted the issues I had with no problems. Wore shoe covers so didnt walk dirt through the house. Thank you

  Prompt in contacting myself regarding the issue. Came to the job when he said he would. Replaced the broken valve and also sorted out a leak from a pipe I didn't know about under my sink. Polite and friendly
