  Hallum was, from the very beginning of the enquiry to the completion of the job, the consummate professional. His initial visit to quote for the job was on time, respectful and helpful. His quote arrived promptly and was extremely detailed and competitive, which gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. On the day of the job, he arrived as agreed and started work immediately, then continued without taking any breaks until the job was complete - drinking his coffee as he worked. The work was perfect and his attention to detail exemplary. I highly recommend this company.

  This company and the people in it are highly competent, professional, friendly and reliable. Also, the total price of the job was somewhat lower than we expected and than the other quotes we had. I wholeheartedly recommend UK Water Softeners. Sarah visited us the next working day after my enquiry to advise and provide a quote. She clearly explained the options, recommended the best model for our needs and provided an immediate quote. Pete arrived 3 days later, as arranged, and did a brilliant job, completing the installation in under 3 hours, leaving everything clean, tidy and working.

  Rats in garden

  We saw rats in our garden and chose Ridtek because they offer a fixed fee regardless of the number of visits needed. I spoke to Roo, who was very friendly and informative. Her son Reef turned up promptly next morning and was also very polite, knowledgable friendly and professional. After a full inspection, he left bait in key locations and gave us valuable information about rat behaviour and advice to help prevent recurrence. After each visit, I received a detailed progress report and after 6 visits we agreed that the problem was fixed. I fully recommend this excellent local family firm.

  Replace garden fence

  Danny responded quickly to my request for a quote. During his visit he was very personable and professional. His quote was very reasonable. On the day of the installation, he arrived at the time he'd agreed and started work. He worked continuously until the job was complete, taking coffees "on the hoof". Throughout the job he was friendly and courteous, keeping us informed as he went. The quality of the work was excellent and he tidied up perfectly as he went along. He even did a small extra finishing touch for free. Overall I am extremely pleased and would strongly recommend his services.
