  Satellite Removal

  Had Kevin come out and remove the old satellite dish. He did it quickly and professionally. Took it away and the cables. Finally this old eyesore is gone!

  Fitting new lights Internal and External

  Daniel came out and got to work. All internal lights great and working well. The outside security light kept coming on during the day. I requested an electrician come out and look at it. To make sure it was set to night mode only.I was told I would be charged a £75.00 call out charge. This was outragious. But the manager thinks this was fair. Needless to say I told him no way. I will not have anymore dealings with this merchant.

  Washing Machine - No repair but did not mention Call Out charge

  I explained my machine was 15 years old. Two other companies suggested scrapping machine. Billy came out. In his text he implied there was no call out charge. He looked at machine,said it would cost hundreds to repair. Demanded his £50.00 but knocked it down to £30.00 when I said he was not clear when he replied to me. He the suggested his friend could do me a good second hand machine. Comes out to look at a machine then mentions his friend.

  New Shower seal and new garden tap

  Neil came to my house and did 2 jobs. Sealed my shower and then returned and re-sealed my kitchen sink and fitted an outside garden tap. Top Notch work carried out at a fair price. He is now my go to guy for plumbing,also for family and friends now. Perry

  Replace front door lock barrel

  Brendan came out bang on time agreed. He replaced the faulty lock barrel. And gave me 5 sets of sturdy keys to go with it. Second time I have used Brendan. Top man he knows his stuff. And good value for work carried out. He is my main man if any friends or family ask if I know a good locksmith. Answer will be Yes I do.
