  Repair Leaky Water Pipe

  Great Job! The water pipe was damaged by a tenant, who then left it dripping for weeks, so it flooded the hallway, damaged the skirting boards, lower walls and carpet. Watermains Solutions came out on the same day of posting the job, to assess the issue and made an appointment for repair. It was very promptly repaired a couple of days later. I really appreciate their timeliness and also their experience in repairing this type of issue. Watermain Solutions are highly recommended.

  Remedy damp in tenanted flat

  Great job. These guys quoted and started the job very promptly. They waterproofed a bay window that was full of condensation and penetrating damp. They installed 3 vents in external walls in no time at all. They were very efficient and effective. Not the cheapest! But the best!! Highly recommended. Thanks.

  Replace kitchen doors and other carpentry jobs

  Great Job. Landscape 40ft.Garden

  Nathan arrived on time for a quote to do the garden. He was very kind and spent some time with me working out was needed. Nathan was very very helpful. He laid a patio, concrete edging, trimmed trees, repaired fencing and made the garden look neat, tidy and modern. Nathan worked hard and stuck to the quote. He is highly recommended.

  Renovation clearance

  Both Lewis and George responded quickly to my job and promptly viewed the waste. They were very reasonable in their quote as well. They carried out the waste clearance really well. There was a load of rubble, rubbish, plaster boards, bath suite etc etc. It was a huge load of stuff and waste that filled the garden, from a full renovation and redecoration. They are highly recommended and I would use them again without hesitation

  Repair fascia boards, replace guttering & downpipe

  I was pleased that Tony responded very promptly and gave a reasonable quote. Tony and his crew were very polite, tidy and cheerful. They did the job really well. They gave ideas; waited whilst I went to buy more materials to finish off the drains and also installed a door canopy. Well done and highly recommended.

  Install a new bathroom

  Brite Build certainly know what they were doing without much direction nor instruction from me. The installation and finish was excellent and they even helped with ordering the bathroom suite among other things. Great guys who worked really hard, did a great job and had great ideas.   Clean heavy nicotine stained walls, ceiling and filth

  Dapp did a great job. They were prompt, friendly and worked hard to get rid of the heavy smoke stained walls and ceiling. They cleared the filth (previous hoarder) and worked late to get it done, all at a very good price. I would definitely recommend their services.

  Change thumb turn locks to normal locks for uPVC front and back door

  I had arranged for Mark to change the locks as a tenant had left. When I arrived both doors were open via the agent. So I cancelled the booking. But both the back and front doors were thumb turn locks and difficult to open once the agent had left. Both doors would not open. So I called Mark back again. He came asap, told us what was wrong with the locks and changed it over the weekend as he had other appointments because I did cancel. So well done to Mark and a great job. Would definitely recommend

  Render and Paint Rear Wall and fencing

  Jarome did a great job of rendering and painting the rear wall of a two storey house that was cracked, worn out (old) and letting in damp. He was on time and kept me informed of the progress regularly as I was not there. His quote was very competitive and he readily carried out an extra job to repair the damaged fences. I would highly recommend Jarome for any rendering and plastering works and would hire his company again.
