  New block paving driveway with diamond detailing

  Trevor, Liam, LJ and Coco cleared our old drive and laid a new brindle/charcoal edged block drive with diamond detailing leaving one diamond to be planted by us as per our request. They were all so polite, professional and careful in their work resulting in a really good outcome - pictures don’t do justice to how good it now looks. Great communication from Trevor and his quote was fair for the detailed work we required. Liam took great care to set out the diamonds so they looked absolutely perfect! My husband used to be a bricklayer and he thinks they have done a great job - highly recommend!

  Cleaning windows/soffits

  Communication was excellent - windows/soffits cleaned to a high standard and the workers were proficient and professional - at the front of the house they had to work around a bed of flowers out in bloom and not a single stem was broken - very pleased and would highly recommend.

  Replace existing loft ladder

  Neil and his team did a great job. Communication was excellent and so was the quality of the loft ladders fitted. When he fitted our chosen ladder Neil offered the choice of upgrading to a more solid option and let us try the original before making our choice (more solid) and returning for free to fit the replacement which although was slightly more expensive was well worth it as it is so solid and easy to use. Would highly recommend this company.

  Replacement of flat roof

  So pleased we found this company - communication with Joe was excellent and the work carried out by Joe and his team was professional and quickly completed particularly as they were battling with the weather. Everyone was really respectful and quiet (as possible given that the roof was being removed) and there was no shouting/swearing or loud radios. Would highly recommend this company.

  Repairing high security lock to front door and advice regarding missing key to double glazed windows

  Sean contacted us very quickly and arrived promptly once we had agreed date/time which was on a Sunday. He was very knowledgable about the lock itself and methodically worked out the issue which caused problems using the thumb turn and eventually prevented the door opening. He started with the least invasive (and cheapest) approach which thankfully worked and also gave great advice about maintaining the lock, getting replacement keys for our windows as well as looking at our catching back gate. Amazing service - very highly recommend - thank you!

  Office redecoration

  Ryan returned to redecorate my office. Last year he painted every room in our house - apart from my office where I needed to work - and we were so pleased with his workmanship. This time, as always, his communication was spot on and he arrived promptly on the day agreed to start. His work involved painting the entire room and making good and as expected he did a brilliant job. As before he got on with his work quietly and he was very polite and respectful. We have already arranged for him to come back to complete some external rendering. Thank you so much Ryan!

  Complete bathroom refit with tiling/flooring

  Work was to replace contents of downstairs bathroom - shower, sink, toilet, cabinet, tiles, flooring. The works were well co-ordinated by Chris (as always) and the practicalities very carefully planned out by David, ensuring our views/wishes were clearly established first and carried out to the letter. The bathroom was then installed by both David and Krzysztof who completed the work to a very high standard leaving an excellent finish. This is the second job Wave have complete for us and we couldn’t be happier. From our experience we thoroughly recommend Wave who are our ‘go to’ plumbers.

  Ryan’s brief was to redecorate every room in our house.

  Ryan was careful to make good all cracks and damaged areas before sanding them down and going over with white paint. He then painted all ceilings and walls (upstairs and down) - he is so respectful as I work at home and once again did a brilliant job - we are very pleased with his work - thank you Ryan!

  Provide/install loft ladder and replace stair spindles/rail and veneer stringers

  Dexter provided and installed a good quality loft ladder and upgraded the loft hatch by veneering it in oak. He also renovated the stairs by replacing the stair spindles, newell posts and veneering the stringers with oak. He carried out his work with great care and attention to detail and the quality of the finish is amazing! We are so pleased with our new stairs and loft hatch and the renovation completely transformed the look of our worn stairs. My husband is a site manager (so knows what is/isn’t good work) and he is delighted with the detailed and professional finish as am I - thank you!
