  Boiler Replacement

  Boiler replacement. Chad contacted me straightaway and was patient until I decided whom I wanted to appoint. Rapid Response carefully explained what the work would involve, how long it would take and what would need to be switched off and on. The work was committed to the very next day, which was appreciated. The engineer went about the Worcester boiler replacement diligently, was polite and efficient. And where a part could not be installed (bottom outside cover plate) it was explained why and that it did not affect the boiler workings. I would use Rapid Response again.

  Denis worked diligently to try and find the source of the smell under the stairs and find if it was a rodent. The laminate and floor planks are carefully removed and then replaced. The gaps between the walls and floor were sealed. Polite, friendly and helpful. I would use services again.

  The fridge was making loud continuous noises. The engineer was able to pinpoint the problem straightaway. He put in a temporary fix as needed to order a part. The engineer telephoned the next day to say part was in and whether it was ok to pop round to fix. This was helpful and appreciated.

  Installed 8 fences with gravel boards and bays, one in slot fence and installed a wooden gate

  Team came on time and undertook work to specification. Carried on working to complete the job whilst it was raining. Made good majority of waste and material. The team were friendly and quietly got on with what needed to be done. They moved vehicles straight away when needed to. I would have recommend London and Essex Fencing services.
