  Going the extra mile

  I called Jim in to to replace a shattered bracket in my wardrobe. He hunted round four different places before he tracked down something suitable in a plumbing shop, then swiftly mended the wardrobe. It is now better than it was before! Very pleasant, helpful and punctual!

  Adam quickly discovered the problem with my mixer shower, and returned the next day as promised with the replacement part. All is now well. He is a very pleasant chap, as are his "elves" and I shall make him my first point of call in future.

  Bedroom furniture moved.

  Sonny moved a suite of bedroom furniture across town and up into my Victorian garret with very tight access. I hadn't realised that as the wardrobe was flat-pack it would need to be taken apart and reassembled, but Sonny was happy to do this without notice. He was running a bit late, probably because of another customer like me, but he kept me informed of his progress so this caused no problem,. He was a pleasure to work with, and I shall look forward to engaging him in future.
