  Messaged Tom on Monday as the external pipe from my bath had dropped out and was going all over the yard. He replied within the hour, asked for photos and gave a good price. Arrived when he said he would, did the job to an excellent standard. already looking to get him back for some more stuff i need. Cheers Tom!
