  Tom always answers your calls,is reliable very tidy He always does a great job and such a nice young man,its really hard to get good and reliable people and Tom is one of the good ones,will always use him.

  Burst led main in back garden under flags

  Tom dug up my back garden and found the led cold main pipe had burst and been leaking for some time. He replaced a section of the led pipe and the water was back on in good time. He was efficient and so helpful and I would absolutely recommend him to anybody wanting any plumbing job doing! I'll certainly have him come back to do future jobs. He made a stressful situation much less stressful and basically sorted the whole issue! Thanks Tom!

  The toilet was constantly running.

  Tom answered my call immediately and turned up the next day even earlier than he said he would. He fixed the problem immediately. Tom cleaned up after the job was finished and didn’t leave any mess. Tom is friendly, polite, efficient and trustworthy. He charged a very reasonable price for the job. I would absolutely recommend him unreservedly to everyone!

  Electric Shower Replacement

  Tom was exceptional, showed up even earlier than expected but let me know about this beforehand. Super polite guy, completed the job in great time and to a great standard, and left me nothing to clean up afterwards. Thanks Tom!

  Toilet replacement

  Tom's communication was excellent. He let me know when he was coming, was punctual and did the job very efficiently. Very pleasant to deal with. There was a small issue when his supplier had ordered the wrong toilet but he was very apologetic and the job was rearranged for a couple of days later and then everything was fine - otherwise it would have been 10/10. Kept everything clean and tidy. Very positive experience.
