Used Tom again recently after waking up to a burst pipe leaking into my living room from up stairs. Tom responded promptly to my messages and turned up quickly the same morning to carry out the work with no issues. Kept us updated of what he was doing throughout the process with videos and pictures, of the leak. Gave us a price before and stuck to it. He even spotted an issue with our radiator and fixed that too, saving us more issues in the future. Job location: M34Tom was very responsive and provided a fair quote for the jobs that we needed. He fixed a radiator, resealed our overflow and replaced mouldy sealant around our bath and shower. All jobs were completed to an excellent standard and all rooms Tom worked in were left tidy. We'd definitely recommend him. - DDarren E
