  Tom was exceptional, showed up even earlier than expected but let me know about this beforehand. Super polite guy, completed the job in great time and to a great standard, and left me nothing to clean up afterwards. Thanks Tom!

  Toilet replacement

  Tom's communication was excellent. He let me know when he was coming, was punctual and did the job very efficiently. Very pleasant to deal with. There was a small issue when his supplier had ordered the wrong toilet but he was very apologetic and the job was rearranged for a couple of days later and then everything was fine - otherwise it would have been 10/10. Kept everything clean and tidy. Very positive experience.

  New electric shower

  Tom was brilliant from start to finish. Very quick communication and reasonable quote. He arranged the fitting of my new electric shower for the day after he quoted (also supplied the shower). He arrived right on time and got straight to work. Very tidy and courteous. He put shoe covers on his feet before coming into my house, he put his own mats down in and around the shower to reduce mess and footprints. He did a very neat job of the silicone round the new shower. He was efficient and had the job done in no time. Cleaned up after himself and took away the old shower too. Highly recommend!

  Shower unit removal and installation

  Easy, friendly, good service. Great communication throughout. Gave some good advice on chat beforehand which was really useful. Arrived and promptly removed my old unit and installed the new one for me. Absolutely no problems and would not hesitate to use again and recommend.

  Kitchen sink...refitted new waste pipes.

  I contacted Tom on Sunday and to my surprised replied....ask for photos of what needed doing. Tom then quoted me with a fair & reasonable price. Turned up on time and did an excellent job and left everything tidy. He is also a nice fella too, I highly recommend Tom.
