  Blocked Bathroom sink

  Tom contacted me straight away and asked for pictures so he could give me the correct quote before he arrived. Tom arrived on time and was extremely polite. He did the job thoroughly and explained what had caused the blockage and what action he had taken to clear the blockage. He left the bathroom clean and tidy and wouldn't have known he was there. Extremely happy with the work and will be using Tom again for sure

  I had recently moved into a new property and wanted to upgrade the radiators

  I had recently moved into a new property and wanted to upgrade the old, undersized (and slightly rusty) radiators to newer, larger ones. Tom was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and was able to come to the property to measure up and understand my requirements. He was very knowledgeable and provided options for each room. He was able to complete the job in good time and on a day that worked for me. The quality of the work is really good and he kept me informed of the progress throughout the day. I would recommend Tom and will likely ask him to do any future plumbing work.

  Excellent service and an excellent job

  Tom messaged me very quickly to arrange a date to come over and fix a running toilet and a showerhead. He was polite as well as being respectful of my house (using shoe covers). He did the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up the areas afterwards. I would not hesitate to have him come and do work here again, and I would certainly recommend to others.

  Did a great job installing new radiator

  Tom was genuinely one of the nicest and most polite tradesman I've ever had. Outside of that, he also did an excellent job in fitting my radiator and moving pipework. Was on time, worked hard and just cracked on with the job with minimal fuss. Will definitely be using him again for any plumbing/heating related jobs. He was also really reasonably priced and left no mess or anything. Top job.
