  Carpet cleaning - no invoice supplied

  I used Ben for a carpet cleaning job for my Airbnb business. I was promised an invoice when I met him at the property. This was not sent so I followed up with a text message - he advised his sister would arrange this but did not. I sent a second text message and was ignored. Unprofessional - would not recommend.

  I'm a landlord and required a high quality white finish throughout a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment including doors. I gathered a few quotes and decided to go with Rory as he appeared the most professional and reliable. The finish was outstanding and he was always courteous and worked tidily. I will now use Rory for all of my properties moving forward.
