  Good communication before the job. They asked for photos and were keen to ensure that the right cleaning agent was used for the carpet material. Telephoned ahead to confirm arrival time. Did what was asked and left house tidy. Carpets and chair cleaned as expected

  Chemical clean of roof tiles, minor broken tile replacement, gutter fixes & clean

  Very friendly and responsive - same-day contact when I initially submitted requested. Upfront regarding pros & cons of the cleaning services for the roof (pressure vs. chemical), proactively arranged return visits if the work was not as effective as expected. Added bonus of replacing several broken tiles, repairing damaged gutters, and reinstalling the hedgehogs in the gutters, they went above & beyond, very accommodating. Despite having to chase up occasionally, they responded rapidly (less than 2hrs). No concerns on commitment, and clearly in high demand Definitely would employ & recommend their services in future.

  Job Done, Absolutely no complaints

  Received a very reasonable quote a few minutes after submitting my request Wednesday morning and Ben managed to fit us in this morning (Saturday) after I asked if today was possible. Communication was great, he turned up on time, was friendly and professional, and carpets came out cleaner than we thought was possible. Thankyou for a great service.

  Excellent - rang me very quickly after putting in the initial enquiry - a full carpet clean - shared how urgent it was so he moved some things around to make it work for the following day. Rang me an hour before arriving as promised. The actual service was spot on. Explained what could be done and exceeded what advised would be done. Highly recommend.

  Brilliant service - came the day after, was professional, well equipped and the job he has done is stunning - i was amazed at how clean it looked and smelled. I even got to choose the scent before he started! Lovely chap.
