  Bad Workmanship

  I asked for replacement of my sealant on my shower. I was told it would be £95ph +parts if sheduled app. So I booked an appointment. He arrived but then had to go and get the gouting and came back an hour later! He then spent 2 hours taken out all the gouting even where unnecessary and made a real mess of replacing it. The bill was over £300. I was horrified and he knocked of £100. I complained to the company but had to pay and had trouble getting a compaint through. They sent anough plumber who was horrified and did his best to repair the mess and was most apologetic.

  Reseal shower

  I asked the company how much it would cost to reseal the file and was told it would be £95, I agreed this and this said they call me when they were coming. They called when they arrived said that most of the shower did not need resealing only the basin. Then he disappeared to get the sealant. he then sealed the basin which appears well but one wall which looks untidy. When I pointed this out he said it would look better ones it had dried. Then he ask for a payment of £278! I said I was told it was £95 per hour labour plus vat. I said that it is not what I was told . it was knocked to £221.

  Bathroom woodwork repair after leak.

  I was desperate to get my bathroom tidied up after a leak. However, I was worried about how much it would cost but Owen was very courteous and came and gave me an estimate. He also came as soon as he could and worked hard and quietly with a colleague to get it sorted as quickly as possible. Thank you Owen and Jack.

  fitting 5 new wall lights

  The original wall lights I purchased were not applicable and Ryan explained why. He agreed to return when I purchased 5 new ones. I was worried that I would get the wrong ones again but he returned after his holiday and quickly fixed them much to my relief. He did not charge me for wasting his time which I thought was extremely nice of him and was patient and quietly and quickly got on with his work. I would recommend him to anyone!

  Loose bath tap

  After requesting the job the company agreed they would come but then seemed to forget about me. However when I chased them up they made a quick date and I had no problems with the young man who came. He came on time, fixed the tap and was gone in 20 minutes. He was courteous and I would be happy to see him again.
