  My elderly mother required quite urgent updates to ageing old equipment that was starting to fail.

  Scott has been exactly the kind of tradesman I was looking for! He has been absolutely amazing, very easy to communicate with, and very understanding of the situation my Mum was in too. He really went beyond what I was hoping for, very professional standard of work, including explaining anything required, via a call or a detailed email. She required a very out of date fuse box and some other antique things replacing, as well as a certificate (eics?) for future reference. We will be booking him in for work in our own house too. Don't hesitate to contact Crow Electrical!

  Blocked drain

  Ben from EDL was great to deal with but ultimately he couldn't fix the blockage here, this wasn't his fault. This is due to Taylor Wimpey not having installed an inspection cover, Ben tried for some time to thread the jetter up and to the right from 4m away, blindly! Initially disappointed BUT they did give me CCTV vids, report and map of the issue that I've now raised with TW, which I hugely appreciate because they're at fault. The blockage has lead to a flood ultimately, which is now at the mercy of the TW warranty. Once again EDL were understanding, I appreciate the gesture of the report!

  Replacing elderly mothers gas boiler

  Industria Heating Ltd were a genuine pleasure to communicate with, and have work carried out by them. My mothers boiler was on the fritz for some days, and it had been pretty cold (she was shivering when I got to her!), thankfully IHL were exceptionally professional and understanding. They initially tried to fix the very aged boiler but due to its age, and how her system was set up, just better to start over. Old one out, new one in, very tidy work and peace of mind. Zero hesitation in recommending IHL, excellent trades people, this is how you run a business ! 10/10 :-)

  Loft beam reinforcement & woodworm treatment

  Dave is reliable, honest and got a darn horrid job done to the lofts in my mothers house. His communication is great and made the experience of finding a tradesperson quick. We had a surveyor assess the house several months ago and an urgent part of this recommended work was to have the beams in the lofts seeing to by reinforcement (sistering), as well as treating the timber for woodworm. He also reinforced a rather flimsy frame holding a large water tank, before/after difference is huge! 100% recommend him, and we'll be booking Dave again for some more work around her house. Thank you !
