  Re-affixing loose tiles

  Had 2 loose roof tiles repaired just before the rain. Ian was fast to respond and resolved the issue within the same day. Highly recommended and will use again.

  Pipe gas leak

  Stevie was quick to respond to my enquiry. He was clear and concise with his pricing before the visit. Very professional and fixed the emergency leak in a short time. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a gas engineer in the west of Scotland.

  Re-affixing one single tile on pitched roof

  They were quick to respond, although came across rather pushy by insisting on a same-day visit (despite me suggesting tomorrow would be better). They assessed the roof, then immediately assumes they got the job and plays the usual card "we're here anyway, we can fix it now", then walks back to his van to gets their tools before we've even discussed pricing! And to no surprise, I was quoted £100 for a re-affixing ONE tile that took 10 minutes. Then agreed on £90 cash. Had to scrape together loose change around the house to pay them. By comparison, I had 3 CCTV cameras fitted on my roof for £150

  Repair a section of a boiler condensate pipe

  Had a leaking boiler condensate pipe that needed replaced. Andy was quick to diagnose the problem and to provide a subsequent quote. He even offered a discounted price for pensioners out of courtesy. Very happy with the service. Will definitely use again. Would recommend to others.

  Partial refurb of two bathrooms

  Thanks to Mike and his team for a quick turnaround. We had two bathrooms that needed partial refurbishment work done (replaced tiles and existing hardware such as bathtubs, sinks and toilets etc.) and Kris and Kat Limited were one of the few companies out there willing to do partial refurbs. They don't have many reviews online, and you may be sceptical at first in thinking this could be a scam company on Checkatrade. But they are a genuine company who do a decent job. If I had to be picky, I would say the tiling and grouting could have been a bit neater. But I would recommend them to anyone.
