  Phoned CRC to get 2 new radiators plumbed in, turned out to be a bigger job than I thought, however this did not phase Chris, he even went out of his way to source a part that I forgot to pick up. Realised after installation that one of the radiators was faulty and leaking. After waiting for a replacement from the manufacturer, Chris was more than happy to come out the following day to remove the faulty radiator and reinstall the new one. Great service from Chris and very professional. Would highly recommend and will definitely get him out for any future services.

  Chris was very professional very friendly but most of all very knowledgeable about his job. He carried out the repair thoroughly and in good cheer. Was also very considerate of my floors and wore very professional indoor covers over his outdoor boots. Would highly recommend.

  Broken overflow pipe

  Chris was able to help with me identifying where a leak was coming from. He came out the same day and was able to fix the leak. He ordered in a replacement part for the hot water tank and kept me updated on it arriving. Really good service.

  Chris was great. Clear in his communication, arrived when we agreed, did a great job, friendly, tidy, respectful. Would defo recommend. Delighted with my new toasty radiators.
