  We required a quick response to a non-emergency boiler issue. Martin was the first to respond via the Checkatrade post and was on site within 24 hours and on time. Post further discussions he set about his work primarily cleaning and servicing the boiler and whatever plumbing wizardry he completed the issue was no more. He was also very friendly and explained all that he did prior, during and after the work. We would certainly use his services again and would also highly recommend him.

  UPVC Window choice consultation and installation.

  From initial enquiry James provided a response that engendered confidence in his knowledge of the product, the requirement and consequently his ability to get the job done. The quote given was presented, accepted and honoured. His work was conducted in a tidy, timely and all round professional manner. There was a snag, but without issue he returned and without fuss fixed it. I will be calling on him again.

  Installation of Boiler

  Michael is a thorough professional and from someone who has been let down by a number of the trades, it was a breath of fresh air to see someone so dedicated to getting the job done properly. I have looked at the previous reviews and can only echo all that has been said previously, that he did go that extra mile, he was very clear in explaining what needed to done be prior to him doing it and was always extremely courteous and hard working. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him for further work and have already booked him for my annual boiler service. Thank you Michael.
