  Michael came out promptly to diagnose an issue with our boiler. He was professional, friendly and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. He identified the fault quickly and fixed the issue the same visit. Really pleased with the service and would definitely use him again. Highly recommend.

  Great service arrived promptly as arranged explained the fault with my boiler in detail and every step taken to fix it. Very thorough assessment and solution to the problem. Even gave us solutions for the future as this is an old boiler we have inherited. I feel very confident in the repair carried out today and plan for the future

  Michael did an excellent job installing my new gas cooker. He was very professional, friendly, and genuinely nice to deal with. He kept me updated while on his way and arrived on time as agreed, which I really appreciated. He took safety seriously and completed thorough checks before, during, and after the installation. Everything was done to a very high standard and I couldn’t fault his work at all. Great experience from start to finish.
