  Replacing a washing machine socket.

  First contact via Checkatrade was precise, professional and quick replies between us. Arrived on time, friendly, cheerful and re-checked what had happened. Before, commencing the work, checked the socket and fuse board. Explained clearly what may have happened to cause the problem and showed what tools should have been used originally. This was very helpful and appreciated. Ensure correct safety precautions were taken. Re-checked the new socket and turned in the power. Ensure he had all relevant information to provide certificate for the job. Very professional, great job and impressed.

  Impressed by the how quick this company responded to the initial enquiry.. They followed this by a telephone to discuss the job in more detail then provided a reasonable quote. Once a price had been agreed they were then quick yo arrange a date and time to complete the job which as within a week. Arrived earlier than expected, but very understandable and waited politely for a response. The plumber was very down to earth and professional. Completed the job quickly and did a great job.

  Initially great in response to the quote request which was quick including answering questions. Price was reasonable too for the job. Completing the job itself was fantastic and exactly as promised. Just needs to improve communication regarding arranging a commencement date and keeping in touch with customer once quote accepted. It can be tricky when depending on having good weather but offering a few dates would help. However they are well presented, polite and friendly. Definitely recommend them.

  Brett and Jai are amazing! Their attention detail, planning and clear with any questions they have or any decisions that they need you to make. This company has a very high standards of service and craftsmanship. They're really know what they're doing and do not rush the work. They're polite, respectful and honest. Keep you well informed with what they're doing at every stage. SDM care about whether you're happy with their planning, work schedule and the end result.   Very impressed with the speed that the appointment was made which was the same day of contact being made. Priced agreed quickly and very reasonable. Arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgeable about internal doors as cat flaps needed to be installed into bedroom doors. Informed of any possible problems that may occurred and doubled checked position then measured with care with fantastic results. Very honest and would definitely recommend this company. Quick and very professional.

  Well where do I start? Absolutely fantastic company. From start to finish, their response, information and keenest to get to know exactly what you want and your expectations is amazing. Their prices are amazing, along with their knowledge of products and they keep you up to date regularly regarding your order progress. They check several times with you what you're expecting and provide you with examples of products until they've got exactly what you want.   Last week, the rewiring of our home was completed by Fusilier Electrical Ltd which took two weeks but definitely worth it! Adam and his team were amazing and I can't recommend them enough!   Absolutely loved the experience from the moment the sale representative arrived. Clearly explained the options available and went out of their way to full fill my requirements which is slightly different as need a cat flap in the frontdoor. Designs and colours are great.
