  LED ceiling light fault

  I came across Hyde Elecltrical thanks to the high recommendations on Checkatrade. I had a faulty connection with some LED ceiling lights that I was unable to fix. I messaged Leon and he was kind enough to message back very quickly. We arranged a time for him to attend and he arrived on time. He quickly found the fault with two of the ceiling lights and cheerfully corrected them. He also checked the other lights which was reassuring. He is a very friendly and tidy worker. He quoted ahead of the job and I was happy with his work. Invoice as quoted. Leon is trustworthy and efficient

  Full redecoration of ground floor WC, hallways, stairs and landing

  We had finally decided that our entrance hallway, main hallway, ground floor WC, stairs and landing that included the banisters consisting of many spindles needed decorating. For us the job was too much so we looked at using a decorator. Mark was given the job as he was by far the most polite, professional and friendly person. We are so pleased with the results. The walls and woodwork all smoothed and painted to a very high standard. At the end of each day everything was cleaned up for us. It is clear Mark is exemplary in his standards and we would highly recommend him.

  Service boiler, replace stop cock and outside tap

  Very pleased with KAN Plumbing. Despite current lockdown restrictions, Keith was able to visit our home and safely work observing social distancing. Our outside tap had broken along with an issue with our boiler. Keith promptly attended and quoted for job. He was able to return following morning to carry out the work. Our stop cock had also seized and so Keith also fixed this for us. We found Keith to be very pleasant and hard working. Neat, tidy and price was very reasonable. We will happily recommend KAN Plumbing and will use again

  Replacement toilets and taps

  I was aware of JRA Property Maintenance after being recommended by neighbours. All very happy with their work. We had a leak from one of the toilets and they attended and ably assisted in how to find the source of leak. We required a new toilet with advice on where to go and a small discount available courtesy of JRA Property Maintenance. We also had another cistern replaced and some new taps. JRA retiled a small area for us and the work was done to very high standard. Very pleasant and tidy. Most importantly trustworthy. Would happily recommend and will use again

  Boiler and Gas Fire Service

  Very happy to recommend this company. Have used them before as have other family members too. Always very polite and professional. They serviced our boiler and gas fire on this visit. They arrived a little later then stated, however this did not cause us too much bother. The engineer apologised and explained why before commencing the service. Very happy with work done and will use again

  Chimney swept.

  Very pleased with work. Mark arrived promptly at time given and was very polite and courteous. We talked through the issue we had and he provided the information we required to resolve problem. Mark then inspected and cleaned the chimney without causing any mess, before thoroughly checking the chimney again. Great job.

  We have recently moved to a new home and this required a new television aerial as the existing one had not been used for some time and was only capable of receiving analogue. I chose David Lake and Coastal Aerials based on what I saw on Checkatrade. They attended and provided an estimate for work required. It turned out that to fit a DAB and FM aerial would not cost too much extra so I requested these too. Work to be carried out was fully explained and accepted. They attended the following week and fitted everything before testing and showing ourselves how it all worked. Very happy with them!

  Boiler repair and service.

  We have had an issue with our combi boiler since last winter when used with central heating. Piping Hot Plumbing were contacted and attended the same day! They quickly identified the suspected cause of the problem and immediately ordered the part required with our permission. A few days later they attended on a date and time agreeable to us. Boiler was promptly repaired and serviced for us. They were extremely polite and friendly, attended promptly and carried out the repair to estimate. We would definitely use again for any plumbing needs in the future!

  Windows cleaned including velux on roof.

  We have a number of awkward, hard to reach windows at our property, including two velux on the main roof and two other on a near flat kitchen extension roof. Many companies were not able to reach these, but Sullivan can. I have them visit bi-monthly and they text me the evening before to let me know they will be visiting. I pay them by bank transfer so no need to be around when they visit. I have used them for about a year now and I am most impressed with the quality of their work. Windows and sills look great, even the velux. I would whole heartedly recommend them!
