  Disappointing experience

  Poor quality of work. Doors and architraves were neither sanded nor primed, paint is already peeling and cracking. The painting itself was sloppy, with areas missed. The quote covered two decorators for five days, yet only one attended on one day, and I was asked to pay extra when they expected the job to overrun by one day. When I raised concerns, they were defensive and condescending, refusing responsibility. I’ll have to redo the work, replace paint I’ve already paid for, and despite a promise of a refund, I’ve received nothing. I would not recommend this company—£2,000 wasted.

  Hard working and polite lads that take pride in their work. They completed the job to a very high standard and at less than half the price quoted by other companies.
