  Garden fence and remedial work

  Great experience with Firstclass Building. Steve was fast to respond for request to quote and was able to book the work quickly. Good comms throughout and did a great job including fence replacement, getting rid of large plant, garden ornaments and filling holes. Steve also offered to come back if we had any issues with rats getting back in through the filled holes - this shows a strong level of customer service. Will definitely book again. Thanks Steve

  Rat/pest removal from home

  If you have rats and pest…look no further than Kym. She has been amazing to deal with and extremely professional with the service she delivers. Kym carried out an assessment of our property which had rats in the building. She identified where they were coming in from, blocked off all the various access points and rat baited over multiple visits to ensure they had gone. Her communication throughout this whole period was great. I highly recommend Kyms services if you have similar problems.

  Feature walls wallpapered in 9 rooms.

  John responded promptly and professionally for quote request. We were keen to get a good tradesman as the wallpaper was expensive (Zoffanny, Harelquin). John turned up on time and was a hard worker. We had feature walls done 9 rooms including sloped walls. Johns finish was very good. He was very polite and somebody my wife and I were very comfortable having in the house. An extra quality worth shouting out is a few of our wallpaper rolls were faulty! We had to receive replacement rolls and John was very accommodating during this inconvenience. Overall great job and very happy with J E M.

  Contacted 3 electricians for quote. Dan responded quickly and was able to give a clear quote based on job description. Dan completed job efficiently and good workmanship. Nice, polite and honest guy (eg wont rip you off!), so will definitely use again. Dan had already completed job whilst others were still asking if they could come round to quote!

  Carpet fitted for entire house.

  We had a 160m squared area which required carpeting. All the rooms had furniture and heavy items (eg large 8 seater L shaped couch, heavy wardrobes etc). Steve and his colleague Joe arrived on time. Communication prior to job starting was good. We had ordered the carpet separately which had arrived on very heavy 5 metre rolls however the guys were comfortable with this. They pulled up old carpet, shifted furniture and laid the new carpet to a very high standard. They replaced all furniture and hoovered each room. Courteous guys and would happily recommend for large and small jobs.

  Oak shelves for AV equipment,  re-hang doors and painting.

  I found Martin on Checkatrade and was impressed with his feedback. We booked him for a number of jobs including fitting shelves for my AV equipment, painting room and re-hanging doors. Martin absolutely lives up to his Checkatrade feedback and is a very courteous, honest and efficient worker. He has a very reasonable price and his price did not change when he turned up at our house! As others have mentioned Martin is a trustworthy guy and I was comfortable leaving him home alone on his first visit. He completed all jobs to a high standard and I have already booked him in for further work.
