  My shower room cistern was worked on last year by a different contractor and failed again this year. I decided to have the entire figment replaced this time and the work was done to my satisfaction by Steve.

  The engineer arrived within the time slot, gave my 10 year old boiler a thorough inspection and cleaned the necessary parts. He was very courteous throughout and tidied up before departure.
