Stephen installed an immersion for me in an emergency. I would recommend him, he was quick and efficient and tidied up after himself. He kept me informed at all stages. We had a tricky situation with a water immersion heater, and not only did he solve the problem, but he did it cleanly and efficiently, providing explanations and suggestions all along. Great service. He came in the very next day, completed the job quickly, and explained clearly what had caused the issue. He brought the replacement switch with him and also checked the wiring for reassurance. He was happy to answer additional questions unrelated to the job.
