Stephen did a fab job of the replace and move, ensuring I was happy with what he was going to do, keeping me updated on progress, and minimizing any disruption (even popping outside to finish off some particularly noisy work). My electric shower failed and Stephen replaced it for one that was better and at a better price. He gave me a clear quotation in advance, did a great job, clean and professionally, and followed up after to see if everything was working. On top of that, he is a very nice man. Getting an appointment was easy, got one for the very next day. The issue with the water was fixed quickly and at a reasonable price, Stephen has also provided me with quotes for the future works I want to understand ( new lights, new heating).
