  Perton UPVC do a great job

  I have used Perton UPVC previously and was delighted then with the result. This time I needed to replace some old patio-type double doors on the side of my garage. I had no hesitation in asking Perton UPVC to quote for the job. I now have some clean white UPVC doors which look fantastic. Dwyer is meticulous with any job I have asked him to do and takes great care of the installation AND the finishing touches. Thoroughly recommended.

  Roof maintenance

  Over 2 days in very hot weather, Jamie and team did an outstanding job. The work involved incl. the following: Repoint the Chimney with 3 and 1 mix after grinding out and P.V.A. Remove all the ridge tiles and old mortar, install new battens to the ridge boards and then install a dry ridge system on the two roofs. Remove all moss off the two roofs and clean all gutters out. Change a few broken tiles with matching. Repoint two valleys with 3 and 1 mix after removing old mortar and P.V.A. The team were very tidy and cleared all rubbish. We would employ them again & recommend without hesitation.

  Running toilet cistern & new kitchen mixer tap

  Tom turned up at the agreed time. The cistern job turned out to be trickier than expected. He persevered despite being supplied with a faulty part. This was resolved by using another part he carried on his van. He changed our kitchen tap using a new tap that we had sourced. He had no problems with that job and finished it quickly and efficiently. Tom is a friendly worker, he is quick and tidy, he perseveres until the job is completed to his and your satisfaction. Fair prices for the jobs, I will use Tom again for any plumbing issues and thoroughly recommend him.

  Fixing creaking floorboards. This caused by ill-fitted central heating pipes many years previously.

  Replaced all window glass. New double doors.

  Most of our square leaded double glazing had ‘blown’ and our double glazed double back doors needed entirely replacing. Dwyer of Perton UPVC was recommended by Checkatrade and another trusted tradesman we had previously used. Dwyer’s quote for the job was very fair and we accepted. It involved supply and installation of the new doors and 42 double glazed units into existing UPVC frames. While he was here Dwyer also repaired / replaced locks / handles on other doors. The whole job was completed quickly and tidily and we are delighted with the result. Thoroughly recommended.

  Landscaping back garden

  John and his team did an outstanding job in our back garden. Beforehand, our dogs (and the weather!) had turned the whole area into an unsightly mess. Now we have an attractive and practical back garden, part paved, raised bed and artificial grass area. Absolutely delighted with the result. Polite, timely, tidy, John is heartily recommended.

  Single wide step.

  Very pleased with the job Dan has done. Not as simple a job as it sounds as the ground slopes in two different directions at the point where we wanted the step. Dan first had to cut out a section of sloping concrete print in order to build the foundations of the step. The step is 1.8m long and 0.6m wide. Dan arrived on time and finished the job comfortably within the day. The finished step looks even better than we had imagined it would. Thoroughly recommended.
