  Remedial work completed following an A&S survey of the roof. Work was completed to a high standard as per my requirements and the quote. Top ridge tiles re-set, plastic dry verges on side apex, and repair/replacement of some facias around dorma windows. Communication was timely and the team were punctual and tidy.

  Professional, polite and not pushy

  This is our 2nd contract with Dan and his team, the first time they removed the crumbling chimney stack, this time they cleaned out the valleys, and repaired parts of the roof that was showing significant wear both times excellent service provided, at no time did we feel under any pressure to have any of the work done. They arrived on time, work was carried out in the time frame quoted, they were polite, professional and cleaned everything away after them. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone, in fact we already have.

  I contacted A&S ROOFCARE LTD for advice and quote after we noticed a leak in bedroom arranged a appointment which Dan turned up on time after being let down by two other companies, he did full inspection in loft and found out there was a hole in the roof felt and cracked tiles allowing water to get in he took photos of all roof and inside loft so could see the problem then was given options of a repair or new roof we had two quotes and we decided with new roof the for value., Dan kept us informed throughout the work really happy with our new roof 😃

  Facias and soffits

  Great service from start to finish. The team replaced our fascias, soffits, and guttering, and the quality of the work is excellent. Everything looks neat and professionally installed. They were punctual, hardworking, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Communication was clear throughout and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing or guttering work.
