  Removal of small trees, large rose bush and small palm

  Jay is a great guy. Came round to look at the site and got the work done the same day. The team was very friendly, super helpful and got the job done very quickly and efficiently, they also tidied up the area and removed leaves leaving it nice and clean. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in future.

  Replaced shower cartridges and fixed leaky shower

  The cartridges in the showers were so old that you couldn’t change the temperature of the shower anymore and they were leaking. It was very difficult to get them out as they were rusted but Jalen did an amazing job, fixed everything and bought the parts needed. He also went above and beyond to fix the filters in the shower heads when he noticed the scale build up and the power seemed a bit off. They work so well now we are so pleased. He was tidy, communicated well and on time. The work was done to a really high standard with a good finish.

  Roof inspection and gutter repair

  Second time hiring Thomas who previously did a great job repairing a roof. He’s an incredibly honest and high quality tradesman. He sorted out a big issue with our drainage which was damaging the brickwork and took so much care checking over the roof and helped us identify an issue with the chimney which he is also fixing for us. He’s trustworthy, doesn’t try to rip you off or do anything unnecessary and is exactly the type of tradesperson I’ll recommend and use again and again

  Fitted new doors and large window

  Great experience with Tailormade, I've never had a company take so much care to ensure that they delivered a great service. From Andrew and the team in the office to the fitter Alex, everything was brilliant and the new doors and window look perfect. They tidied up everything, repointed brickwork and removed the old doors. Couldn't have found a better company to use and the price was spot on. Thank you!

  The guys did a great job, offering honest valuable advice about the work before they came. Really friendly and easy to communicate with, kept to schedule and fitted all the pipes neatly under the floor and around the side of the house. Left everything very tidy, including ensuring that the floorboards were all ok and explained how to use it all. Quote was bang on, very pleased with the job.

  Repainting entire 2 bedroom flat.

  My flat was suffering from one too many amateur paint jobs and really needed a proper one. Alex completely sorted out all the random small problems (previous owners had never put resin on the knots in the wood word and various holes had been poorly repaired). It now looks fantastic. He also replaced the bathroom fan and fitted a light sensor for me. They were extremely friendly and courteous, stuck to the competitive quote and offered advice and assistance beyond what I would have expected, picking up on a couple of things outside of the job and advising me how I could fix them myself.
