  Frustrating experience

  Although Trade came quickly to assess the garden, he never provided a quote. I followed up with three phone calls - each time he promised to sort it out urgently - but nothing ever happened. His office assistant didn’t respond to my follow up calls, (office assistant said it is better to reach them by phone). The only lasting reminder of the visit is a broken measuring tape - he forgot to bring his.
