  Mark did an excellent job re-pointing some crumbling joint work which was allowing water into the cavity. He was quick and clean and helped with another issue I had with leaky guttering, well beyond what he needed to do.

  Check if insulation in one wall was soaking and needed removing.

  Thorough check taken place, inside and out. Holes drilled in various spots outside and photos taken to check on condition of insulation. Which was found to be in good condition. A few wet spots where assumed to have been caused by holes in the brickwork and water crossing the gap probably via wall ties.

  Very pleased with work done. Very friendly team kept us informed on everything being done. Did whole job (including clearing up everything afterwards) within estimated time frame. Will use this company again, should I need to.

  Removal of 2 old armchairs

  Originally they said they'd come Wednesday between 1 and 5, but called mid-afternoon to say they couldn't make it, apologised, but said they could come 9am next day. Next day I called after 9:30am and Mark apologised again and said they'd be there in 15 minutes. They were and removed armchairs in a minute or so. Job done. Delay didn't really affect me, it seems I called them in a very busy period.

  Had 2 arrangements to come to see the problem I was having, both times a no show. Said he'd get someone to get in touch to re-arrange, but haven't received any call. Giving them a miss now, even if they do call as they are unreliable. Appt time was Friday afternoon, anytime, rather what you've forced me to enter.

  All work was discussed fully beforehand and I had a good idea of all that was involved. I was given an estimate of cost which worked out correctly, and Peter finished all aspects of the work over a few days, as the outside work was delayed because of heavy rain. Peter seems to work at whatever time is convenient day or night to get the job done. Highly recommended.

  Fixed broken washing machine.

  Fixed time beforehand and arrived on time. Immediately set to work and within 30 mins had fixed the washing machine and tested the fix. Excellent workmanship and very courteous. Would use again if needed.
