  This is the second time we have called on Roy who again responded very quickly to my query about our washing machine which had stopped working and came within the hour to assess the problem. Unfortunately the news wasn't good - he diagnosed a fracture in one of the support arms to the drum which can't be repaired or replaced so was unable to resolve the problem but he clarified that instead our 12 year old machine needed replacing.

  The problem wasn't the machine as my daughter thought but Roy managed to fix the blockage in pipes and was pleasant throughout.

  Roy was really nice and explained what the issue was, then fixed it. He got to us really quickly. Felt like we were in safe hands. He gave use useful advice on maintaining our washine machine,
