  Skim layer on ceiling

  My living room ceiling was cracked and I posted a request on this site. Several people answered, and a couple provided quotes (some quite outlandish!). Philip impressed from the start with his prompt communication. I first sent him some photos, but then he came to check in person, provided his analysis and, a few days later, a quote. He was patient in answering my questions about the work. On the day, he arrived on time, made sure all surfaces were protected, and left everything tidy at the end of the day. The work was good, the price was fair, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

  Fence installation

  Darren was very punctual and always responsive— that set him apart from other companies we had requested quotes from, and eventually led to us hiring him. Obviously, pictures of his work and reviews here were important… but the above points shone through. He was clear in his explanations, patient and accommodating throughout. Work was fast, all rubbish cleared, and the fence looks great!
