During the initial work scoping Darren listened well and took care to get a full understanding of the work. He went off to his van and within 10 minutes he handed me a quote with the breakdown I was looking for ability to start in a reasonable time and I liked his workman like attitude. The 2 previous quotes were a single figure wihtout any breakdown and a guy who didnt know what a quote was so I guess it wasnt difficult to beat them. However, the way he and his team worked on the job and handled problems without cutting corners encourages me to write this review.
