  Installation of downpipe in front of property

  This is the third time I used LR Installations. Lewis was very knowledgeable and offered good advice. He and his brother were very professional and courteous.   Conversatory roof leak, replacement glazing, new hinges and handles for windows

  Trevor gave me a competitive quote. He went out of his way to order a replacement window pane which was no longer in production. He and Dave arrived at the agreed time and worked efficiently. I really appreciated that they worked round my work schedule and came out to me on their day's off. They were happy to resolve any issues promptly. My home was left clean and tidy afterwards.   Shed repair

  Lee responded to my request promtly and arrived the next morning for an assessment. He advised me how to resolve the issue myself, as well as offering me some gardening advice which I greatly appreciated.   Removal of soil and shrubs at base of oak tree

  Jack removed soil and shrubs at base of oak tree as per recent tree assessment report. The work was done with minimum disruption and care was taken with the tree. The garden was left tidied afterwards. Thank you.

  House refurbishment

  Marc and his team installed a new loft hatch, a new kitchen and laid new flooring to the ground floor. Marc also built a fitted wardrobe in one bedroom, and internal shelvings for a second wardrobe, made a housing cupboard for gas boiler as well as replacing old window boards and trims in conservatory. They were all very positive and have a can do attitude when they encountered problem with the flooring. The works were all done to high standards and I am really pleased with it. I will not hestiate to recommend Marc to anyone. A great big thank you to you guys.

  New fascia, soffits and guttering

  After much delay due to unforseen circumstances, Lewis has been extremely patient and came to install new fascia, soffits and guttering to my property. He and his team arrived on time, were very courteous, worked really hard to get the job done within a day, and tidied up afterwards. Lewis also fixed and cleared my conservatory's gutter which was casuing damp to the inside wall. In addition, Lewis helped me in finding alternative roof cleaner when the original one let me down. His work is of good workmanship and is competitively priced. I will not hesitate to recommend Lewis any time.

  New fuse box, new porch light and replace exsiting lightings

  David did some electrical works for me 14 years ago, and I have asked for him to do the same when I moved recently. He installed new fuse box, additional sockets and porch light, replace bedroom and bathroom lighting, as well as install new light in conservatory. David is reliable, courteous and tidy up afterwards and his work is of high standard. I will definitely recommend David to anyone.

  Conservatory roof panels repair

  Two of the conservatory roof panels slipped. Trevor was very accommodating in fitting me in from his tight schedule. As access was required from my neigbour, Trevor came back the following Monday to get the job done. He and his colleague arrived on time, were very tidy and courteous. Because of the wet weather, they took their shoes off without my neighbour asking. Repair was done properly at a very competitive price. I will not hesitate to recommend Trevor.   Conservatory floor was slopping towards the wall and there was a gap between the wall and the floor

  Sam identified the problem with the conservatory floor was caused by damp and spent time in locating the source of the damp. When it became apparent the extent of the problem was worse than originally thought , Sam offered me options in fixing the issue. Sam did not take short cut. The repair was done properly and of good workmanship. I am really pleased with the quality of his work. He also advised me what to look out for in the future to avoid return of the damp. Sam and his team worked hard and tidied the place up before leaving. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone.
