Because this was a big job it required 2 visits from Jack and his team…they were polite and respectful of my garden and the plants and cleared up really wee. Jack has a wide knowledge of trees and everything was pruned,crowned,removed sympathetically. Jack had to cancel his first two planned due to sickness, then the weather, but he kept me informed throughout and the subsequent appointments went as planned…. Jack applied to the council for tree crowning on my behalf. He and his team are very professional and arrived on time as expected. They did the work with great care and efficency, and tidied up the garden before leaving. The tree is in a good shape afterwards.
