  Very polite and responsive to messages. Turned up exactly as stated and on time. Work done really well, explained everything as they went along. Cleaned area and ensured boiler and heating were working as expecting. Very happy with the work.

  Modification of pipework

  Very polite and friendly- did exactly as asked and tidied up pipework to a downstairs toilet. Even took the time to fix a leak that was occurring elsewhere in the home.
