  No longer ashamed

  Steve was polite, punctual and kept me well informed of what he was doing at all times. He did all I asked of him - our garage door in particular was in an embarrassing condition, he has done a lovely job and I am no longer ashamed when people call. Thanks Steve

  Washing machine not working

  I had an error message indicating a blockage. We checked and cleaned filters but still didn't drain. John switched the machine on, listened for a second and knew exactly where to look and cleared it instantly. He also gave me a free sample of machine cleaner. He was efficient, tidy, very friendly and I will definitely call him again if ever necessary.
