  Very quick and helpful leading up to booking: not pushy, didn't look for extra work and at no point insisted on cash in hand. Arrived when expected: quick and tidy with just a tiny bit of moss missed when clearing up. Recommended.

  Bed bugs

  Dan was superb. It was quite stressful to find we had bed bugs and we didn't know the best way to get rid of them. From the start Dan was reassuring and never went for the upsell. When he visited he explained how long he thought it could take (it would take multiple visits - and it did) and why, and agreed a price even if it took some more visits than originally planned to complete the job (and it did). He clearly has knowledge in his field and cares very much about doing a good job. He has very clear pricing and there were no shock extras. Highly recommended.
