  Brian made sure he knew what parts were needed before arriving and came on time. He replaced the broken part quickly, and fixed other issues that he spotted with the door, letting me know what they were as he found them. He took time to make sure it was done well and that the end result was a door working well, not just well enough. Even though it ended up being a longer job than expected he stick to the quote and didn't charge an unexpected amount.

  All of the different things were sorted and Sam gave advice about what to do going forwards. He took care to make sure that details were properly finished off, and all rubbish was cleared up. I pointed out a small detail he had mentioned while going about the work but missed, and he was happy to take care of it.

  Work was completed in less time than originally quoted and to a high quality. Michel offered good advice when getting the information for the quote and was very polite. Work was completed while I was away and I came back to find everything completed and tidy.
