  Worktop Cut-Out Enlarged and Hob Installed

  I hired LSH Property Service to enlarge the hole in my kitchen worktop so a new hob could be installed, as the original installers from John Lewis were unable to do the work. He arrived on time, was friendly and easy to talk to, and completed the job professionally. The space was quite tight, but he carefully cut the worktop to the correct size and installed the hob without any problems. The price was very reasonable and good value for the work carried out. I’m very happy with the result and the overall service and would happily recommend him

  Waste collection - shower door

  I had a broken shower door to discard from my flat. I decided to get rid of it responsibility and posted on Checkatrade. Go Green Clearance got in touch very promptly, and arranged to removal the next day. Communication was excellent, with clear price and time; when they were delayed, they kept me updated. On arrival, they carried the shower door (which was heavy) out from my flat on 1st floor. Price was comparable to Council collection, but without hassle of waiting for weeks and to carry and label the rubbish to designated spot. Highly recommend if you need quick removal of waste!

  Fixed damaged skirting board

  The skirting board in my hallway was damaged by water seeping through bathroom. The skirting board came off and there was damage to the plaster wall. Daniel from Silver Saints did an excellent job cleaning up the plaster on the wall, checking there was no more damp and fixing the existing skirting board back to wall. Daniel was very friendly and easy going. He also gave me excellent advice on how to clean up stains on the walls, so I am very grateful for the tips. Overall, very happy with the work done as the skirting board looks as good as new.

  Installed a dimmer ceiling lamp and fixed light sockets

  Excellent service! Very professional, communication with Bes was great, clear on pricing and arranged a time very promptly. Installed a dimmer ceiling lamp in my living room, and fixed a couple light sockets in my flat. The process went very smoothly. Bes did an excellent job, and was a very friendly easy going guy. I love my new living room dimmer lamp. I highly recommend BM Sparks!
