  Fixed downpipe, re-pointed chimney, fixed leadwork, repointed cap tiles, put tar on gutters

  Initially was quoted to have felt removed and concrete gutters resealed with monoseal, plus downpipe and chimney fixes. Without consultation, he didn't remove the felt or use Monoseal, just used tar instead. Although a significantly smaller job, he did not adjust the price accordingly. They advised us to fix roof tiles for an additional cost, which we did. When the gutters were checked after work was complete, we discovered half of one side of the house was still filled with leaves, meaning it was not retarred at all. When asked to come complete the job, he has failed to show up.

  New Patio in the back with natural sanstones, new platform for garden shed and front door driveway.

  Very good service and nice finished job. Team very polite and extremely hard working. They left my place clean and tidy. My back patio and front driveway looks 10 times better than I could ever have imagined. I would recommend Kirkby Paving Ltd to anyone who needs a new driveway or patio.
