  Great service from start to finish

  Alex was great from the moment he contacted me about the job. He was able to diagnose the fault with our heating system immediately, turned up when he said he would and was clear with his pricing. Having identified the issue was with our radiator valves, he replaced the valves throughout our house and successfully eliminated the horrible knocking noise in our heating system. A couple of days after completing the job, he got in touch to check everything was working OK. I thoroughly recommend Alex and will use AW Gas & Heating again.

  Repairs to external render

  We needed some cracks/damage in the external render of our house repaired prior to having the house painted this summer. The job wasn't a huge one, which put off a lot of other firms. Hamish was quick to respond to the request for a quote, came out to review the job quickly, and provided a quote within a couple of days. The quote was competitive and Hamish was able to fit us in at a time which worked for us. His communication is first class and the work has been completed by Hamish and Jamie exactly as we had hoped. We'll be using Cobden Plastering for all our plastering jobs in future.

  Cleared a blocked foul water drain.

  Very impressed with Drain and Able: called on a Saturday morning and arranged with Kevin for appointment on Sunday morning. Kevin called an hour before appointment to confirm our address and arrived a quarter of an hour early. Kevin and Conner were friendly, dealt with the problem within an hour and cleared up after themselves.
