  Very happy with the end result

  The team were very helpful and professional on site. There were issues with material availability outside of their control which delayed the job completion, but we were kept informed all the way through. In general communication was excellent and the finished job was exactly what we asked for.

  Sweeping of two chimneys

  Just had our open fire and stove chimneys swept by Brendan. He was on time and kept everything very clean and tidy. He even re-glued the sealant rope on our stove. Very happy with this job.

  Broken window hinges

  Gary was very prompt will all communications. He kept in touch and let me know when he would arrive and what he would need. He fixed two broken windows (one of which we couldn't close) on budget. There was a bit of debris left which is why I have given the tidiness score, but they were fitting us in as an emergency because of the broken window, so they were tight on time. Overall I was very happy with their service.
